They switched me to a new room, but I had to wait a bit longer than I wanted to. My room keys were a hassle too. they only worked for 24 hours despite my three-night stay. The elevator didn't have a consistent function either, stopping oddly on the third floor without opening the door. Another downside, I noticed a mildewy smell permeating the hotel, similar to experiences at other places in Sacramento. My second room, while clean, had a questionable brown spot on the carpet that I couldn't help but worry about. I wanted to love this place because of its location and amenities, but these issues made it hard to relax after a long day.
